    Mindfulness & Transformation Coach

    Hi, I’m Dina. I’m a published author and Certified Mindfulness and Transformation Coach with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and over 25 years of experience in coaching, teaching, and training. What matters most to me is helping you reduce stress, restore balance, and strengthen your resilience so you can move through life with greater clarity and ease.

    My approach is rooted in Positive Psychology and mindfulness, offering practical tools to reshape unhelpful patterns, build emotional intelligence, and create long-term well-being. In one-on-one coaching, I provide a supportive space where you can heal, discover new possibilities, and reconnect with your inner strength.

    This work is deeply personal to me, born from my own lived experiences as well as my studies. It also carries inspiration from Al-Razi, one of the early pioneers of psychology and holistic well-being, who taught that true healing embraces joy, balance, compassion, and the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit. His wisdom continues to light the path I walk with others today.
