As we approach the Spring Equinox, a powerful time of renewal and balance, this circle offers a sacred space to cleanse, release, and step into your true power as we welcome the vibrant energy of spring💛
In this 1.5 hour gathering, we’ll blend mindfulness, expressive movement, and gratitude practices, with our signature Elixir Belly Dance Shake as the movement element–an empowering, feminine, and cleansing practice designed to awaken your energy and free your body💖
Beyond movement, we’ll engage in mindfulness practices to quiet the mind, guided reflections to release what no longer serves us, and a gratitude ritual to invite in new energy, clarity, and empowerment🙏🏻✨️
