Hello everyone! I'm so excited to be leading this organization and all it is dedicated to in supporting children and youth all over the world. 

 

I have been working in the field of education, psychology, professional coaching, training and writing for more than twenty years. I have been a children’s rights activist ever since I began my professional career, helping and training adults in creating positive and safe environments for children and teens to flourish and to grow up into happy and healthy individuals that will lead the future. I love working with people, helping others, and taking any little step to making the world a better place. This is my passion and mission in life!

For my whole life, I have been traveling, living, studying and working in many countries in Europe and the Middle East, including Belgium, Spain, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. I studied in British and American institutions, and worked in American, German, Belgian, Qatari, Saudi, Lebanese, local and international organizations.

I'm a writer and my books have won several awards. I have a Bachelor's in Education, a Master's in Psychology, and certificates in Transformation Coaching, Life Coaching, Solution-Focused Coaching, and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Coaching. In addition to my role as the president and managing director of Bassam Foundation, I am also a certified Transformation Coach, Personal Development and Communication Coach, a Behavior Specialist and Master Trainer.
